A UK-original stereo copy on yellow/black Parlophone labels.
Labels totally identical to first issue besides the erroneous "Dr. Robert" on side 2 - now corrected to "Doctor Robert".
This issue also has each song title followed by order:
First: (writer´s credits) - second: lead vocalist.
With Garrod & Lofthouse laminated flipback sleeve, complete with white inner sleeve.
