A copy of the Beatles´ first album issued on their own, new label Apple records, a UK original issue in very rare MONO.
Rare due to the fact that by this time, 1968 the MONO format was increasingly becoming obsolete everywhere, with the UK remaing one of the few places in the world where MONO issues actually still were available for most record releases.
This copy with second, corrected label still from same year, with "An Emi recording.." printed on all four sides (previous version WITHOUT is considered a MISPRINT).
This one also with earliest "Sold in UK subject to.." at top of labels.
With original top-loader, fully laminated off-white gatefold sleeve with embossed "The BEATLES" on front and uniquely numbered #: 0
Complete with 2 black inners, poster with lyrics on rear as well as the 4 pics, one of each individual Beatle.
This copy also with the usually missing, white spacer.
