Very rare issue totally unique to Sweden by the swedish fashion company "Värnamo konfektion", resulting in this special and curiosity Beatles item, a 45 reportedly given away at their fashion shows in 1964 sporting this rather odd art sleeve which is special only to this release.
A split record featuring the swedish schlager singer Östen Warnebring headlining with the track "Lucky stuff" and Beatles on the flipside.
