EXPORT version for Scandinavia only with this completely different sleeve, taken from the inside of gatefold of the usual "nude" cover.
Probably altered due to the image being regarded as too controversial for Sweden(but NOT the usually prudent UK??).
Pretty scarce UK-original, most copies that turn up are of the very similar looking, yet common norwegian pressing.
